Poster and title sequence design for the documentary series World War II & Cinema; a 3DD Productions co-production with Sky Arts examining how cinema depicted and shaped understanding of the Second World War.
WWII & Cinema required title design and poster artwork that conveyed the series’ unique intersection of history and film culture. The visual approach drew on wartime graphic design heritage, propaganda poster aesthetics, period typography and archival image treatment, reframed through a contemporary documentary lens to create a coherent design language for both broadcast title sequences and promotional print.
