A complete new visual identity and signage system for a prestige residential development on Spain’s Costa del Sol. Spanning brand identity, wayfinding design and editorial communications.
The SBH project encompassed the full breadth of brand development for a new coastal property scheme in southern Spain. From core visual identity through to the wayfinding system guiding residents and visitors across the development, every touchpoint was designed as part of a coherent, premium graphic language appropriate to the luxury Costa del Sol property market.
The editorial dimension, sales and lifestyle publications, required the brand to flex from functional signage to aspirational storytelling, demonstrating the versatility and depth of the identity system.
