Brand messaging and visual identity for Capital One’s League Cup Final at Wembley, making fans feel like part of the team on cup final day.
The brief was to create new brand messaging and a look and feel to run across multiple platforms and around Wembley Stadium. The aim was to make fans feel like a vital part of reaching, and ultimately winning, the final. The graphic background was designed for flexibility across formats, using Capital One’s brand guidelines to create a strong, bold visual that is unmistakably Capital One.
The resulting graphic language stylised the visual world of football in a way that was wholly ownable to Capital One, confident enough to hold its own inside Wembley Stadium at every scale, from pitchside hoardings to digital display.
